Internship Program 2024/2025

The Inspire DS Inc. Internship program is designed to teach students and curious individuals about the event industry, including weddings, corporate events and private parties. We’ll cover planning and coordinating events for clients and brands, custom designs using our growing inventory of decor as well as designing and building floral creations. We’ll also cover small business operations including marketing, administrative duties, studio maintenance customer service and more. 

PROGRAM LENGTH

Half program -  October 2024 to January 2025

Full Program - October 2024 - May 2025 - With the opportunity to join our team during the 2025 Wedding and Event Season. 

QUALIFICATIONS

• Having access to a car is not necessary but a plus

• Must be have a willingness to learn and be open to new experiences 

• Must have a laptop to work on at the studio 

• Must be able to get themselves to our Toronto studio and event locations/venues 

INTERNSHIP SCHEDULE 

Thursday - 10:00am - 5:00pm 

Friday - 10:00am - 5:00pm 

Saturday/Sunday - When we have events booked 

** We do have a number of corporate clients who book their events or dinners on weeknights. Interns joining our team will receive a monthly schedule so that they can select the events they’d like to come and experience. 

Please let our Internship Coordinator know if there are a certain amount of hours you need to complete for your school program. We’ll work on creating a schedule that suits your program needs.
