Decor & Floral Design - design fees from $2,500

Bring us your ideas, your Pinterest boards, your vague sense of a vibe — or nothing at all and let us run with it. We sit down with you, get to know what you love and what you don't, and build something that feels completely yours.

Our design fees start at $2,500 and from there we work entirely within your budget to create something that feels intentional, beautiful and nothing like anyone else's event. Every design package begins with a complimentary consultation. From there you'll be paired with a Lead Event Specialist whose aesthetic aligns with yours. We'll walk you through a mock-up meeting to preview your design before the big day, a final detail meeting to lock everything in, and a little something from us to celebrate the journey.

Day of Coordination - $3450

We step in two months before your event — building out your itinerary, connecting with your vendors and making sure every moving piece knows exactly where it needs to be. Your Lead Event Specialist leads your rehearsal and is with you from the very first moment of the day to the last, so nothing falls through the cracks and you don't have to think about a single thing.

Full Event Planning — from $9,950

This is our most complete offering - every detail, every vendor, every moment, handled from start to finish.

From the very first consultation we dive in together, establishing your vision, your budget and the experience you want to create. From there we take the wheel. Venue sourcing and contract negotiation, vendor research, selection and management, design concept and styling direction, catering coordination, timeline and logistics planning, accommodation blocks, transportation, guest communication and everything in between.

We meet regularly throughout the planning process and as your event approaches our check-ins become more frequent - reviewing, refining and making sure every piece is exactly where it needs to be. We're present at your rehearsal and every final walkthrough. On the day itself, your Lead Event Specialist and their assistant are fully on the ground so you can be completely present for the moments that matter.

    Whether you have a fully formed concept or just a feeling you're trying to create, we make it happen. Our team works closely with you from the very beginning — understanding your goals, your brand and the impression you want to leave — and builds an event around that.

    We manage everything. Venue sourcing and vendor coordination, custom experience design, branded installations, trade show booths, product styling, creative activations and everything in between. No two events look the same because no two clients are the same.

    Whether it's an intimate dinner party at home, a beautifully styled bridal shower or a proposal that takes someone's breath away — we bring the same level of care and creativity to every gathering, regardless of size.

    We handle every detail, from design and florals to food and beverage, logistics and beyond. Your only job is to show up and enjoy it. We serve Toronto, Vancouver and Kelowna and we love nothing more than turning a small moment into something genuinely unforgettable.
